I have a sprinter 416CDI and have now moved into an area in the Flinder Ranges that has temperatures that are now overnight around the one degree mark. Do I need an antifreeze? The vehicle is parked outside and is only started about every three days for about 15 minutes. If I do need an antifreeze does Mercedes Benz recommend any particular brand?
You should always use an approved coolant for both heat and cold protection.
